" I travel a lot during the summer; I get the chance to meet other HD owners and to stop in other dealers.
Mischler’s by far outranks them all.
My thanks to all at Mischler’s, Daryl in sales, Mike at the parts counter both have helped me make the right choices when it comes to my Harleys. How many dealers would respond when a customer ask them to carry a product? It only took Art 10 minutes to get the product I ask for on its way. While I may have spent a few dollars at the parts counter Mike and the others have made sure the money was well spent on the right products.
Can’t forget the shop. Two minor warranty issues with my 07. Both fixed no hassles and in a reasonable amount of time. Every question I have ever had answered. Tires and other service done on time.
For my 07 Road Glide I shopped around it became clear after a few stops I would be dealing with Mischler’s
When I hear stories from other HD owners I am glad that Mischler’s is the dealer I walked into to buy my first Harley.

"My horn went on my '08 Anniversary Ultra and Jason in your service department jumped into action to get a horn for me and get me back on the road. I was extremely pleased with his determination to find a horn for my H-D so I could attend the H.O.G. Event on Thurs. in Milwaukee. His efforts lead to getting my H-D back quickly and back on the road. I'm greatful for his help and the Tech in my case. Lastly, my wife decided to shop your clothing department while there and everyone offered assistance in an effort to help her find the items she wanted.
